My dog is now 7,4 kilos and my vet said the ideal weight is 6,4 and she said she should lose it in a month, that seams fast for me, she is spayed chihuahua shitzu mixed, I already reduced the food and are walking more, walking about 1-1,5 hours a day. How much time do you think it should take for her to loose that weight? She is always hungry always looking for food and stealing food from the table if she can.

All dachshunds like a 'cave' concept, such as they will move under a blanket, to hide in or under. So adding a small blanket is always enjoyed. Select a stiffer firmer mat, much is better than a soft one. Stay away from a bowel or high sided beds, that forces the dachshund to jump into or over to get into, especially when they are a senior dachshund. I bed they can just walk into or on to is always better. Have had Dachshunds for almost 40 years now, and two have had various back or neck issues, so experience is, flatter is better than higher, firmer better than softer, add a blanket to let them hide or tunnel into.

Great video. However, as your dog gets older, 10-14 years, you may want to have a vet do this. I had my dog expressed at the vet on a whim and just by chance, they found a small anal tumor that would have spread to his internal organs had I been doing this at home.

Uhm. Definitely would not be comfortable doing this. To the vet it is. One more sign apparently, their tail is to one side all the time. I thought mine broke her tail but turns out this is a sign her anal glants need looked at.

Great videos I have a 13weeks old cavapoo only had her 3 weeks and managed to get her to sit and now working on lie down and stay and come. So far we have sit and sometimes come lol but she’s doing great and these videos are helping

Very bad information about Raw Food feeding. You can start a dog on it at any age, you just give them raw food mixed into their usual food SLOWLY!

I wish it was an easy way without putting a blinding light in my eye. Quentin the light down won't work because it'll just add more of a shadow and harder to see. The lightness to be coming up as I'm looking down at the nails. Unfortunately there's no way to look at the Vans without getting blinding light in my eye. I can see the van. But I can't look directly at it too long because the light that passes through around the nail keeps getting in my eyes. So I'm pretty much at a standstill. Great I found the main but now I can't cut the nail. Because if I try to cut the nail I can't see the vien. Who the hell is this supposed to be holding a flashlight while I'm cutting? I got no one to help me and I don't know what to do. I miss you just letting the groomers do this shit but I can't afford to.
